Changed your mind?

You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are available for unused, unworn items sealed in their original packaging. Items must be returned unworn, and unused. Due to the intimate nature of our products, refunds cannot be offered if product packaging seals are broken.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we’ll issue a refund excluding any delivery charges. You may request an exchange if desired.

How to Make a Return

Want to make a return? Please contact us about your issue so we can help guide you through the process and ensure a swift resolution.

We’ll then ask you to send the item to our returns address. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend you use a tracked service.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item, please Contact Us so that we can help arrange a return. If your item is faulty, we will cover return postage costs.

One-Year Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. If your item develops a fault within the first three months, you can choose a refund or an exchange. After three months, we offer an exchange only.

Clean Items Only:
If you’re returning a faulty item that’s been used, please make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned. For hygiene reasons, and because we will put staff wellbeing first, we can’t accept or inspect items returned in a dirty condition. If this happens, the item will be sent back to you, and you’ll need to cover the postage costs.

Non Faulty Items:
If an item is returned to us and doesn’t meet our returns policy or isn’t faulty, we’ll contact you and hold it for 30 days. If we don’t get a response from you within that time, the item will be destroyed, and no refund will be given.


Important Information

We want to make the return process as smooth as possible, so here’s what you need to know:

Unused Items Only:
To return an item, it must be completely unused. Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition, including all original packaging.

Sealed Packaging:

Items not heat-sealed in the box cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the sealed packaging has been opened, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

30-Day Return Window:
We must receive your return within 30 days from the day you received your order.

Lingerie & Clothing:
Must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Report Issues Promptly:
Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of delivery.

If we find that an item has been used or doesn’t meet these conditions, we may need to return it to you. Thank you for understanding!
